By purchasing our product, you agree to the following terms:
Products
Natural stone is a unique product. Colour variation, veining and pattern may vary heavily from batch to batch and between each individual slab.
Quotes & Orders
A 30% deposit is required to secure the material. All quotes are valid until stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
Collection & Delivery
Stone is collected from our Burleigh Heads warehouse unless delivery is arranged. Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Returns
Returns are not accepted for natural variation. Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be made within 48 hours with photos.
Liability
Valencia Stone is not responsible for fabrication or installation costs. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
